# Joshua Bloodworth

Welcome to my museum!

My work focuses on AI enablement and practical AI workflows. This museum brings together the systems, books, workshops, and experiments I’m building. Each exhibit opens a project you can explore.

I’m interested in which work we can simplify or automate, where AI can strengthen human judgment, and what needs to remain human.

I spent fifteen years leading and growing music education programs. Building usable processes, coaching people, and helping teams through change shaped how I approach AI adoption.

Those years also taught me that people are rarely helped by being made to feel behind. They are helped by clear structure, patient translation, and usable next steps. That still guides my work.

Today, I develop practical AI workflows, tools, and enablement resources through Gig City AI. Unit27 Research is my independent research and intellectual property initiative, focused on organizational design, governance, and human judgment.
